Industrial Arts Workshop Is Recruiting!
Looking for a fun and rewarding FREE after school program? Industrial Arts Workshop (IAW) is accepting applications for the Spring 2024 After School Welding Lab.
If you’re between the ages of 14 and 18, join us for a unique opportunity to:
- Gain an appreciation for the arts
- Learn a new trade skill with hands-on experience
- Hear from community members and industry representatives
- Hone your craft into take-home projects
Students meet for 90+ minutes after school three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from February 6, 2023 through April 25, 2024. All students will be provided proper safety equipment.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the class is filled. IAW will reach out by January 30th to notify students about participation.
IAW is committed to serving communities and individuals who do not have ready access to arts and skill-building opportunities. As such our selection process relies on a number of factors, including family resources, economics and geographic location.
