Gabriella Gonzalez is a Senior Social Scientist at RAND, a non-partisan non-profit organization that provides evidence-based research to support informed decision making. Her areas of expertise are in career and technical education, STEM education, and workforce development. She conducts research on our most vulnerable populations, especially at-risk youth in rural and urban school systems, unemployed and underemployed adults, military spouses, and transitioning service members, so that they can have access to resources and opportunities to improve their life chances. Gabriella holds a Ph.D. in sociology from Harvard University. She joined the board of IAW in 2019.
